Launched in 2000 by the Scicluna brothers of Café Jubilee, with a shop by It-Tokk market in the heart of Victoria. Prickly-pear and fig conserves, Comino honey, Gozo sea salt, sun-dried tomatoes, cheeselets and nougat — traditional recipes with no preservatives or additives.
