A family boutique winery in Għarb founded in 1934 by returned emigrant Carmelo Hili, now run by third-generation vintner Anthony Hili and his wife Marisa. Girgentina, Vermentino, Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Merlot from terraced limestone soil — just twenty thousand bottles a year, tasted overlooking the vines.
